How do subscriptions work?

By subscribing to outta.fr, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive the products without having to place the order yourself!

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the commitment period with the same discount.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal. The only case where the subscription cannot be cancelled is if you have subscribed to a commitment for a certain number of months.
The customer portal is accessible via the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you first ordered a subscription on outta.fr. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account on outta.fr.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the "Account" section. Simply click on the Edit, Delete or Add button.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to securely update your payment method.

Can I have the products delivered to my home for the entire duration of the subscription?

Unfortunately, home delivery of your subscriptions is only available for the first delivery. Your subscriptions will then be delivered to the Pickup point of your choice.
